Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship

The Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship is a merit based scholarship for full-time Delaware students. As long as students keep up with their GPA, this scholarship can be renewed for up to three additional years. 

Student Excellence Equals Degree (SEED)

The Student Excellence Equals Degree (SEED) program gives Delaware students the opportunity to attend community college free of tuition. Whether the courses are towards a workforce certification or an academic degree, SEED can be applied to up to 5 years of courses. 

Delaware tuition reciprocity agreements

If you are looking at a certain program that’s not available in Delaware, but is available in partner states in the Southern Regional Education Board Academic Common Market (ACM), you may be eligible for tuition discounts that allow you to study out of state at in-state tuition rates.
