(“Scholarships360”) Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions listed as applicable to a particular scholarship shall be deemed an integral part of these Scholarship Rules. Scholarships360 reserves the right to amend or discontinue scholarships and these Scholarship Rules at any time in its sole discretion.

These Scholarship Rules apply to scholarships administered through the Scholarships360 platform unless otherwise specified on an individual scholarship page. Each scholarship listed on Scholarships360 may have its own eligibility requirements, application deadlines, award amounts, and program details. The specific terms listed on an individual scholarship page will control in the event of any conflict with these general Scholarship Rules.

Please note, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian must read and consent to these Scholarship Rules on your behalf.

Scholarships360 reserves the right to determine whether an applicant satisfies the eligibility requirements for a scholarship.

    • other factors described in the scholarship listing

Scholarships360 may utilize internal staff or third-party reviewers to assist in the evaluation of applications.

Selection decisions may involve subjective judgment based on the evaluation criteria described for each scholarship. Applications are reviewed in comparison with other applicants. Even highly qualified applicants may not be selected if other applicants are determined to better meet the evaluation criteria for a particular scholarship program.

Scholarship decisions are final and not subject to appeal except where required by law. Scholarships360 is not required to provide individual scoring details, reviewer comments, or explanations for scholarship decisions.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection as a scholarship recipient.

Scholarships360 is not responsible for evaluation or selection decisions made by partner organizations.
