If so, the Silver State Opportunity Grant (SSOG) may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the grant is awarded to Nevada residents attending an NSHE Community College or Nevada State College who have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) under $8,500. Recipients' SSOG award amounts will be calculated by subtracting the student's contribution, their expected family contribution, and federal awards received from their total cost of attendance.
