If you're of Spanish culture and were born in Mexico or a Hispanic country of the Caribbean, Central or South America, this scholarship is for you! As long as you're a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, a Florida resident, and haven't earned a baccalaureate degree, you're eligible to apply.
