The José Martí Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund is a fantastic opportunity for Hispanic students in Florida who need financial assistance to attend public or eligible private institutions. If you're of Spanish culture and were either born in or have a natural parent from Mexico or a Hispanic country in the Caribbean, Central or South America, this scholarship is for you! Applicants must also be Florida residents, U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, and in pursuit of their first baccalaureate degree. Undergraduates must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours each academic term while graduate applicants must complete at least 9 credit hours per academic term to be eligible. To be considered for the scholarship, be sure to submit your Florida Financial Aid Application (FFAA) and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
