    State grants in Montana

    Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (FSEOG): 

    The Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is a grant that is accepted throughout the Montana school system for students who demonstrate financial need. Funds are given out until there are no more available, meaning it is better to apply sooner rather than later. 

    Gianforte Trade and Technology Scholarship: 

    The Gianforte Trade and Technology Scholarships is based on financial need, and is meant for Montana students who are looking to get a two-year degree or certificate in a trade or technical program. This scholarship is available to both fulltime and part time students. 

    Montana STEM/Healthcare Scholarship Program:

    If you are interested in studying something in the STEM Field or healthcare, the Montana STEM/Healthcare Scholarship Program may apply to you. This is a renewable merit scholarship, and each year that you continue with your higher education, the award amount increases. 

    Montana tuition reciprocity agreements

    Tuition Reciprocity in Montana allows students to receive tuition discounts by going to school in partner states.
