College Opportunity Fund (COF):
The College Opportunity Fund is a stipend that covers a set amount of participating institutions’ tuition each academic year. The amount of the stipend is determined by the Colorado Legislature. Usually that stipend is capped at 145 credit hours, but there are opportunities to get additional credit hours covered as well.
Colorado tuition reciprocity agreements
Tuition Reciprocity in Colorado allows students to receive tuition discounts by going to school in partner states. Not only is Colorado included in the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE), but they also have specific agreements with both New Mexico and Nebraska.
