The Cayuga people, specifically, originate from the Finger Lakes region. Today, there are approximately 12,000 members of the Cayuga Nation, with most residing in Ontario (Canada), Oklahoma, and New York. If you're such a member, the Cayuga Nation Financial Aid Assistance for Education Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards up to $2,000 to five (5) Cayuga Nation members from anywhere around the world (or the child of a Cayuga Nation father) who have been accepted to or are enrolled in an institution of higher education.
