The NSHSS Performing Arts: Theater Scholarship is for rising high school students graduating sometime in the next three years, as well as recently graduated seniors with a passion, exemplary skill, or interest in theater. NSHSS has created this scholarship to help students interested in pursuing their studies in the performing arts. Each year, the scholarship awards $2,000 each to three (3) dedicated students pursuing studies in the performing arts. To apply, students must submit a video of no more than 5 minutes of a selected performance of theirs. The Manhattanville Fine and Performing Arts Scholarship is one of Manhattanville College's Merit Scholarships that is exclusively open to full-time, first-year and transfer students at Manhattanville College who have an interest in pursuing a career in the fine and performing arts. Eligible arts include Dance, Musical Theatre, Studio Art, and Theatre.
