Are you a university student studying imaging sciences or a related field? If so, consider applying for the Raymond Davis Scholarship! The scholarship is open to upper-level undergraduate students and graduate students pursuing a degree in a field related to imaging. It is offered by the Society for Imaging Science and Technology, a research and education organization in the field of imaging and photographic engineering. Since 1947, the Society has focused on delivering up-to-date scientific and technological developments in the field of imaging through educational programs, conferences, and publications. The scholarship is in honor of Raymond Davis, a pioneer in photographic sensitometry, colorimetry, and microphotography. Every year, one or more imaging students are awarded $1,000 to help them pay for their educational expenses. If you are studying or conducting research in imaging sciences, we encourage you to apply!
This scholarship is open to full-time, upper-level undergraduate and graduate students who study imaging sciences or related fields. Applicants must also meet the below eligibility requirements.
