The Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Scholarship is open to academically exceptional HBCU (Historically Black College or University) seniors “who have demonstrated high academic achievement, strong leadership skills, commitment to community service, and unmet financial need.” Each cycle, the scholarship awards $10,000 to two (2) such academically impressive students who submit a scholarship application, along with a completed FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form.
