This scholarship is in honor of Lorenzo Felder, a founding member of ONOSE, who believed in giving back to the community. Thus, in the spirit of giving back to the younger generation, the Lorenzo Felder Scholarship seeks to support the college efforts of a “rising scholar.” To be eligible, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, be a graduate of a Baltimore City public school, demonstrate financial need, and have a record of community service or extracurricular activities.
