To promote the study of these unique regions and Italy as a whole, the Abruzzo and Molise Heritage Society (AMHS) is offering a $4,000 scholarship for members and relatives of the AHMS. Two awards are offered to high school seniors and college students with at least a 3.5 GPA who are interested in Italian studies. Applicants must be from the Washington D.C. area or within a 50-mile radius, including Maryland and Virginia.
