John E. Kostic Memorial Foundation Scholarship
- Eligibility: High school seniors in New Jersey with Type 1 diabetes who have shown exemplary academic performance and certification from their doctor that they are managing their diabetes

- Eligibility: High school seniors in the US or Canada who have, or consider themselves to have a visible or invisible disability, who are enrolling in a 4-year college or university

Do I qualify for diabetes scholarships with type 2 diabetes?
If you have type 2 diabetes, you still qualify for diabetes scholarships. Many diabetes scholarships are only for people with type 1 diabetes, but there are some out there that you can look into. If you live in Delaware, for example, you can apply for the Delaware Diabetes Coalition Scholarship.

- Eligibility: Incoming freshmen who are residents of Colorado and have been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes

John Lepping Memorial Scholarship: Disabled Students
- Eligibility: Permanent residents of New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania who have physical conditions (spinal cord injury, loss of limb, birth defects, etc.) and/or psychological conditions (autism, post- traumatic stress etc.). Scholarship recipients must be able to provide proof of disability with letter of confirmation by a physician
