Are you an Ohio student who has been diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes? If so, the Thomas J. Seefred Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you!
Since 2005, this $3,000 scholarship has been open to all Ohio residents with Juvenile Diabetes who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree. However, preference will be given to those residing in Mahoning, Trumbull, or Columbiana County. In order to apply, you must complete the online application, submit supporting documentation, and write a 500-word essay on the impact that Juvenile Diabetes has had on you.

In addition to the below application materials, interested students must submit a physician's statement on letterhead noting the applicant's diagnosis and treatment, as well as current income tax statements from parents and student.
