The OCA-UPS Gold Mountain Scholarship is an excellent scholarship opportunity for Americans with Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity. This program awards a number of two-thousand dollar scholarships every year. This year, 15 scholarships worth $2,000 each will be awarded to students.
Who is eligible for the UPS Gold Mountain Scholarship Program?
To be eligible for a Gold Mountain Scholarship, an applicant must be an Asian Pacific American student entering their first year of college in the fall. Furthermore, the student must:

- Have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA

What does the scholarship application include?
The UPS Foundation requests that applicants send in an 8 part application, which includes a résumé, a high school transcript, college acceptance letter (of your future school), a print-out of one year’s cost of attendance at said college, a print-out of your Student Aid Report, a letter of recommendation, a statement of financial aid, and an essay (one paged, single spaced).
