Laws of Life Scholarship Program
Today’s scholarship, The Laws of Life Scholarship Contest, is a scholarship for all of you high school seniors. To be eligible, students must be enrolled full-time or part-time at an institution (college, university, trade school) in the United States. This scholarship is fairly straightforward: students are asked to write an essay or create a video that deals with what exactly “life” is. Videos should be two minutes or less and essays should be between 500 and 1,000 words. The specific prompt can be found on the scholarship website (it is a bit lengthy).
Students can submit their essay via e-mail to [email protected] with their full name, e-mail address, and graduation year. Videos should be posted on YouTube or Vimeo and should also be sent to that e-mail address.
The scholarship committee will look at the following when judging entries: quality of the ideas presented, creativity, and command of the chosen medium.
This scholarship is worth $5,000 and is due August 31, 2012.
Best of luck to all students and reach out to the scholarship committee ([email protected]) if you have any questions!
