First and most obvious, you will need to be an employee of Geico in order to gain Geico’s employee benefits! Visit Geico’s career website to search for open positions at a nearby location. 

Positions at Geico range from customer service, sales, information technology and much more. At big companies such as Geico, there is always a position that will match up with your interests or career goals so be sure to look for them! 

Don’t fret if you are unsure which position you want to apply for. There are a number of options to select from. Geico offers a questionnaire on their career website so that you will receive job recommendations based on your personal interests. 

2. Reach out to Geico’s career guidance and education counseling

Geico provides employees with access to career guidance and education counseling. These counselors are there to help you find the right school, program, degree, or course to meet your educational and career goals. 

These counselors help you figure out if your school and degree goals are covered by Geico’s tuition assistance plan. In addition, they are a great resource to have during the education process as they can answer any questions you may have. 

3. Choose an eligible degree program at an eligible University or College

Eligible Geico employees may apply for tuition assistance at more than 220 schools and education providers to help with their bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, associate degree, certificate program and individual courses. 

Therefore, be sure to select a degree program or course from an acceptable and accredited school or educational institution.
