Scholarship Overview

Are you a Washington state resident looking to major in STEM or a healthcare field? You might consider applying for the Washington State Baccalaureate scholarship! Each year, the scholarship grants $22,500 to help multiple winners pay for tuition and other college-related fees. Applicants may be Washington state high school seniors or graduates, or college freshman or sophomores. Just bear in mind that high school seniors and graduates must also plan on attending college in Washington state. Preference is also given to those with financial need. If this sounds up your alley and you’re passionate about STEM or healthcare, we encourage you to apply! 

Eligibility information

In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a Washington state resident and have a total family income that does not exceed 125% of Washington state family median income based on family size, in addition to meeting the below eligibility requirements.
