The NEED Scholarship Fund is pleased to offer the Unmet NEED Grant Program, providing funding to low-income African American students from select Pennsylvania counties. Eligible counties include Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Lawrence, Washington, and Westmoreland. All applicants must be United States citizens and demonstrate unmet financial need of at least $1,000 after their financial aid award has been determined. Lastly, applicants must have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of less than $5,000.
