  • The scholarship website has many grammatical errors and/or advertisements
  • The scholarship or scholarship providing organization seem untrustworthy

Scholarship Overview

Are you a college sophomore, junior, or senior who demonstrates financial need or has overcome an incredible challenge? If so, consider applying for the Scholarship America Dream Award! Each year, winning applicants receive scholarships worth between $5,000 and $15,000 which can be renewed for up to three years. This means that you can potentially win a whopping $15,000 to $45,000 to go towards your college expenses! The scholarship is offered by Scholarship America, an organization that “works directly with students, parents, colleges, businesses, and communities to help students fulfill their college dreams.”

If you’re a college student with at least one year of undergrad under your belt, we encourage you to apply for the scholarship and receive some help paying off college costs!

Eligibility information

This scholarship is open to applicants who meet the below eligibility requirements and have overcome an incredible challenge in their life. Applicants must also be at least 17 years old, hold a high school diploma (or the equivalent), and have completed at least one year of college.
