    The Scholarships360 Research Team reviews all scholarships individually and strives to exclude any scholarship where any of the below applies:

    • The scholarship requires a fee to apply
    • The scholarship provider’s privacy policy allows for the misuse of student data
    • The scholarship requires paid membership in an organization (with certain exceptions for reputable trade organizations and others)
    • Student are required to sign up for a site or service to apply*
    • The scholarship seems primarily used for lead generation** or idea harvesting purposes***
    • The scholarship website has many grammatical errors and/or advertisements
    • The scholarship or scholarship providing organization seem untrustworthy
    • There is no evidence the scholarship was previously awarded
    • The scholarship has not been awarded in the past 12 months
    • There is no available contact information

    Scholarship Overview

    Are you a current or incoming undergraduate student from a historically underrepresented group (including underepresented racial/ethnic minorites, gender identities, sexual orientations, and/or disabilities)? Further, do you have an interest in pursuing a career in communications, graphic design, journalism, marketing, public relations or related field? If so, the Sage DE&I Scholarship Award may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards $1,500 to one (1) underrepresented, rising or current college student pay off some of their college expenses. To be considered for the scholarship, interested students must submit a ~300-word essay and a copy of their academic transcript. If you’re from an underrepresented background and want to pursue a career in communications, graphic design, journalism, marketing, public relations or related field, we encourage you to apply!     Eligibility information

    While applicants for the Sage DE&I Scholarship Award must belong to an underrepresented group (from an racial and ethnic background, gender identity, sexual orientation, and/or disability), bear in mind that they do not need to meet every "Race/Ethnicity" or "Other Category" criteria listed below. Belonging to any one of the below, underrepresented grouops will make a student eligible.
