Are you a Black college senior majoring in architecture? If so, consider applying for the Rising Black Designers Scholarship! The scholarship is open to Black students who will begin their final year of a NAAB-accredited architecture program in the upcoming Fall semester. Gensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm funds the scholarship. They strive to positively impact their communities, tackle world challenges, and improve diversity within the field. Thus, this program aims to break down the barriers to entering the architectural field by creating opportunities and resources for Black students. Every year, Gensler chooses five applicants to receive a $10,000 scholarship to help pay for their tuition at a NAAB-accredited architecture program. If you are passionate about your degree in architecture and are looking for some help to offset the costs, we encourage you to apply!

Eligibility information
The scholarship is open to Black college students enrolled in a NAAB-accredited architecture program who will be beginning their final year of the program in the upcoming Fall semester. Applicants must also meet the below eligibility requirements.

To apply for this scholarship, applicants must complete the Design challenge, in addition to submitting an online application, one advanced-level architecture project, and the below application materials.
