    Scholarship Overview

    Introducing the Pharos of Alexandria Global Learning Award! This scholarship celebrates outstanding ASABE student members who have shown exceptional leadership skills on local, national, or international levels. One award shall be made each year and will alternate between being awarded to an undergraduate junior or senior student in odd-numbered years and a graduate student in even-numbered years. ASABE is looking for candidates who have actively participated in the organization and expressed a strong desire to continue their involvement. Nominees will have the opportunity to be considered for up to three years, as long as they continue to meet the ASABE membership and university enrollment requirements.

    To be considered for the scholarship, eligible students must be nominated. Nominators must submit a complete application on their nominees’ behalf, including 3-5 references to write a letter of recommendation, while nominees themselves are responsible for submitting a 1-2-page document detailing their ASABE national and/or international activities.
