The Pence Construction Diversity in Leadership Scholarship was established to support underrepresented students of color in pursuing a degree in Construction Engineering Management at a four-year public university in Oregon. While all Oregon residents are eligible to apply, preference will be given to Multnomah County residents, as well as to Oregon State University students. Applicants will be eligible to earn a $10,000 reward, which they can then re-apply for, for the chance to earn the scholarship for up to five years.
