The Osage Nation is a midwestern Native American tribe whose ancestral domain includes much of Oklahoma. In the 1900s, they relied on both hunting and gathering as well as an extensive trading system. Today, over 25,000 Osage individuals work to preserve the culture while simultaneously promoting education and Osage traditional arts.
If you’re a proud member of the Osage Nation who is pursuing postsecondary education at the associate level or beyond, consider applying for the Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship! The scholarship is annually awarded to Osage Nation members at the Associate’s level or beyond who have a minimum 2.0 GPA. To be considered for the scholarship, interested students must submit a current transcript of grades, a copy of their class schedule for the term for which they are requesting payment, and a completed Financial Aid Package Form or statement showing the actual incurred cost of tuition, fees, and books for the term.
