The Oregon College Savings Plan’s Diversity in Leadership Scholarship was established to support underrepresented and diverse Oregon residents beginning their first year of higher education in Oregon. To be eligible, applicants must be graduating from or have graduated from an Oregon high school (or equivalent) and be attending an Oregon institution of higher education. This includes community colleges, trade schools, four-year colleges and universities, or qualifying apprenticeship programs through a Title-IV eligible school. Selected recipients will earn $10,000 in their first year, and $5,000 each for the next three years, or until the completion of their degree.
