Are you a college-bound high school senior of Iranian descent? If so, consider applying for the Momeni Foundation’s Scholastic Achievement Scholarship! Each year, the scholarship awards $1,000 to at least three (3) college-bound students of Iranian descent who submit the best ~500-word essays describing their goals and plans, and what has motivated them to follow these goals and plans. In addition, interested students must hold a minimum 3.5 GPA and submit a resume and an official copy of their latest transcript. The Momeni Foundation, established in 2001 by Moji (Mojtaba) Momeni, originated from a local scholarship program in Oregon. Evolving over the years, it now provides scholarships to full-time college students of Iranian descent globally. As a private non-profit organization funded solely by Moji Momeni, its mission extends to inspiring recipients and visitors to create their own scholarship programs.
