Are you a Wisconsin resident and minority undergraduate student who is currently attending a Wisconsin Technical College, Independent College or University, or Tribal College? If so, you may be eligible for the Minority Undergraduate Retention Grant! Each year, the grant awards between $250 and $2,500 to multiple eligible students who submit their FAFSA and are nominated by the Financial Aid Office. For the purposes of the grant, a minority student is defined as a student who is either an African American; American Indian; Hispanic; or Southeast Asian from Laos, Cambodia, or Vietnam admitted to the U. S. after December 31, 1975. Applicants must also have completed at least their first year of college to be eligible. Applicants must be enrolled at least half-time in independent, tribal, or Wisconsin Technical College institutions.
