Are you a Minnesota resident of American Indian ancestry or enrolled in a federally-recognized American Indian tribe or Canadian First Nation? Further, are you an undergraduate enrolled at least ¾ time, or a graduate student enrolled at least 1/2 time, in a postsecondary institution in Minnesota? If so, consider applying for the Minnesota Indian Scholarship! Each year, the scholarship awards up to $4,000 per year to undergraduates and up to $6,000 per year for graduate students demonstrating financial need. Students may receive up to 10 annual awards (5 awards at the undergraduate level + 5 at the graduate level).

Applicants must (1) be either (a) one-fourth or more American Indian ancestry or (b) an enrolled member or citizen of a federally-recognized American Indian tribe or Canadian First Nation and (2) be undergraduates enrolled at least 3/4 time or graduate students enrolled at least 1/2 time.
