Offered by Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers
Massachusetts is famous for many things: its pivotal role in American history, its top colleges and universities, and its delicious food offerings. Lesser known, however, are native Massachusettsians’ contributions to engineering. Among them are Benjamin Franklin, a Boston native, and his discovery that lightning was a form of electricity. If you’re also from Massachusetts and would like to contribute to your state’s long history of engineering, consider applying for the MALSCE Memorial Scholarship!
The MALSCE Memorial Scholarship is an amazing scholarship opportunity for Massachusetts residents who are current undergraduate students majoring in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. To apply, students must submit a completed application, a transcript, and a letter of recommendation from a qualified sponsor to the MALSCE Education Trust Chair. Typically, 2-3 scholarships are awarded each year with varying amounts.
If you’d like to start engineering your future, apply today! Keep on reading for more information.
