Each year, the Little Miami Brewing Native American Scholarship Award seeks to pay tribute to Native American history by providing assistance to the upcoming generation of Native students, enabling them to pursue their aspirations in higher education. The scholarship is funded by The Little Miami Brewing Company, who knows that preserving Native American history while uplifting future generations is of utmost importance. Throughout history, the Native American community has faced oppression and neglect, resulting in limited financial resources and a lack of collegiate guidance for individuals of Native American descent. Consequently, Native American students often encounter immense challenges in finding the necessary financial and social support to thrive in college.
This scholarship gives The Little Miami Brewing Company a chance to give back and support the Native American collegiate community. It is open to all Native American, college-bound, high school seniors in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. To apply, share your personal journey as a Native American and how your heritage has profoundly influenced your life.
