Are you a current or incoming college student majoring in STEM? If so, consider applying for the Gladys Carol Scholarship! The scholarship is open to current and incoming full-time students studying STEM at a U.S. university. The Gladys Carol Scholarship Program, Inc., a nonprofit charity organization, funds the scholarship. Since 2013, they have focused on providing financial assistance to students who pursue a STEM degree in the United States. The program honors Gladys Carol Best, the daughter of German immigrants who sacrificed a college education to raise her children. Her daughter established the Gladys Carol Scholarship as a way to pay forward her mom’s sacrifice. Every year, multiple students, if chosen, receive up to $2,500 to help pay for their education. Eligibility information
The scholarship is open to students accepted to or enrolled in a full-time STEM (science, technology, engineering or math) program at an accredited, non-profit public or private four-year college or university in the United States. Applicants must also have a minimum SAT score of 1300 or a minimum ACT score of 28 in addition to meeting the eligibility requirements below.
