The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program is funded by the Fulbright Scholar Program, an organization that offers grants to study, teach and conduct research abroad for U.S. citizens and for non-U.S. citizens to come to the United States. Each year, the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program awards various fellowships and scholarships of varying amounts to US Citizens who have completed a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience and want to teach or conduct research abroad.
