The “Fulbright-Charles University Distinguished Scholar” award is open to Ph.D. and Terminal Degree holders interested in conducting research and teaching courses in any discipline at Charles University in Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic. Selected Scholars will be required to teach one or two courses (maximum three hours) per week at advanced undergraduate and graduate levels, consult on curriculum development, discuss their topic of specialization with faculty, and conduct research in their area of specialization at Charles University.
To apply, you obtain a letter of invitation to apply, which should state the dates of the grant, the name of the host contact person, accessibility of research facilities, and the extent of other support provided. In addition, you must submit a Project Statement, a CV or Resume, and two Letters of Recommendation. If you wish to conduct research and/or teach in the Czech Republic, we encourage you to apply!
