Are you a high school senior wanting to go into aircraft mechanic training? If so, the Epic Flight Academy Aircraft Mechanic Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards $20,000 to two (2) high school seniors who are (1) willing to start aircraft mechanic training within 12 months of receiving the scholarship and (2) will be 18 years old by the time training starts. To apply, interested students must submit one short essay, two letters of recommendation, a ~2-minute-long Youtube video, and an aviation-related photo of themselves. Epic Flight Academy, since 1999, has trained thousands of commercial airline pilots from 80+ countries. Their graduates fly for 300+ airlines around the world, and as a Cessna Service Center, the Academy operates a fleet of new generation aircrafts purchased new from the factory with glass cockpit avionics. This puts trainees in the pilot’s seat of training aircrafts, whether the training takes place in a new generation flight simulator to save you time and money, a Cessna 172, or a Piper Seminole.
