The Demonstration of Energy and Efficiency Developments Student Internships are paid internships meant to provide work experience at a participating DEED member utility. Applicants should have an interest in working in the electric power industry. If interested, bear in mind that the spring application cycle runs from December 1 to February 15, and the Fall application cycle runs from August 1 to October 15, annually. They represent public power before the federal government to protect the interests of the more than 49 million people that public power utilities serve, and the 96,000 people they employ.
