Are you an incoming or current university student from a low-income, rural background? If so, consider applying for the Beacon Scholarship for Rural America! This biannual scholarship offered by Carrot-Top Industries offers a $1,000 award each Spring and Fall semester. Carrot-Top Industries is a leading flag and patriotic products retailer priding themselves on a dedication to patriotism and community growth across America. In order to apply for their scholarship, you must write and submit an essay (750 words or less) about how you’ve shown patriotism through your community involvement, in addition to the other required application materials.
If you’re passionate about your post-secondary education and are from a low-income, rural background, we encourage you to apply for the Beacon Scholarship for Rural America! Annual deadlines fall on June 30 for the Fall semester and November 30 for the Spring semester.
