The AFCEA DC STEM Scholarships are here to support Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. residents’ dreams of higher education in the exciting STEM fields. If you’re a graduating high school senior or a second-year student in a two-year community college looking to transition to a four-year college or university, this scholarship is for you. As long as you meet the above requirements and have been accepted to a U.S.-accredited college or university to pursue a full-time STEM curriculum, you’re eligible to apply. Eligible fields of study include computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, cybersecurity, management information systems, various types of engineering, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I)-related fields of study.
