Are you a college student of color pursuing a career in the actuarial profession? If so, consider applying for the Actuarial Diversity Scholarship! The scholarship is open to incoming and current undergraduate minority students pursuing a career in the actuarial profession. The scholarship is funded by the Actuarial Foundation, a nonprofit philanthropic organization serving the actuarial industry in the United States. By providing scholarships and grants to aspiring actuaries, they look to promote diversity within the profession and recognize and encourage students’ academic achievements. Every year, they offer multiple awards worth up to $4,000 to help offset the cost of education and provide recognition to recipients. If you are passionate about your actuarial career and are looking for ways to fund your degree program, we encourage you to apply!
The scholarship is open to minority students who are enrolled as full-time undergraduates in a U.S. accredited educational institution. Applicants must also be pursuing an actuarial career and meet the below eligibility requirements.
