The Walter L. Mitchell Memorial Scholarship Awards are open to high school seniors who will be graduating in January or June of the current school year and who will be enrolled in a higher education facility in the next school year. Applicants must be the child, stepchild, or legally adopted child of a member of the International Chemical Workers Union Council to be eligible. Applicants’ ICWUC member relatives must have held continuous membership for at least a year prior to March of the current year.
