Are you a college upperclassman pursuing a degree in science or engineering (ideally with a focus in aeronautical sciences)? If so, consider applying for the Universities Space Research Association (USRA) Distinguished Undergraduate Awards! Each year, the awards grant $5,000 scholarships to up to five full-time undergraduates at four-year universities who are working towards a science or engineering degree. In order to apply, you must submit a completed application, personal statements (<900 words in total) two letters of recommendation, and a college transcript. The awards are offered by the Universities Space Research Association, “an independent, nonprofit research corporation where the combined efforts of in-house talent and university-based expertise merge to advance space science and technology.”
