Scholarship Overview

The United States Army Warrant Officers Association Scholarship Foundation Program is an incredible opportunity for USAWOA members and their families to receive financial assistance for higher education. The Foundation’s mission is to ensure that those who dedicate their lives to defending our country can provide their loved ones with the opportunity to pursue formal higher education. If you’re under 23 years old and the child, grandchild, or dependent stepchild of a USAWOA member in good standing, or the spouse of a member in good standing, you’re eligible to apply. To qualify, you must be in your senior year of high school or higher and plan to attend an accredited American college/university or a vocational/technical institution on a full-time basis. Don’t miss out on this chance to secure a sound financial future for yourself and your family!

About United States Army Warrant Officers Association

The USAWOA, founded in 1972, was incorporated as a not-for-profit association in Virginia on 7 November 1974, and in 1985 became a charter member of The Military Coalition (TMC). The three words in the association's logo predominantly define its mission of advocacy on behalf of the Warrant Officers in all three components of the Army: Professionalism, Representation, and Recognition. The founders of the USAWOA saw the Warrant Officer Corps of the early 1970s as a disjointed group of technical experts with little or no standardization in the area of professional development and sought to change this for the better.
