The Thelma Orr Memorial Scholarship is seeking second-year students in human medicine-related fields from the following Michigan counties: Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Montmorency, Oscoda or Presque Isle. Applicants must also be enrolled in an accredited Michigan college or university. Two letters of recommendation are required from instructors, employers, or personal references.
