Are you a current or incoming college student, Connecticut resident, and brain tumor survivor or recently diagnosed patient OR a caregiver to a family member diagnosed with a brain tumor? If so, you may be eligible for The Reginald Anderson Memorial Scholarship. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to multiple students who meet the above criteria and demonstrate financial need. To apply, interested students must submit a college transcript/course registration, resume, a typed explanation of their financial situation, and a brief, typed statement on how your brain tumor journey has shaped, changed, and/or reinforced the principles by which you live your life. If you’re a brain tumor survivor, patient, or caregiver to a relative with a brain tumor and you reside in Connecticut, we encourage you to apply and wish you the best. Keep on reading to learn more.
The Connecticut Brain Tumor Alliance, Inc. (CTBTA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope and support to brain tumor patients and caregivers, while advancing brain tumor awareness, quality of care, and brain tumor research.
