The LeRoy W. Homer Jr. Foundation Flight Training Scholarship is open to young adults between the ages of 16 and 23 who wish to pursue aviation as a professional career. The scholarship was established to assist young people with the obtaining of a private pilot’s license. Applicants may apply between October 31st and January 31st of each year.
