The Scholarships360 Research Team reviews all scholarships individually and strives to exclude any scholarship where any of the below applies:

  • The scholarship requires a fee to apply
  • The scholarship provider’s privacy policy allows for the misuse of student data
  • The scholarship requires paid membership in an organization (with certain exceptions for reputable trade organizations and others)
  • Student are required to sign up for a site or service to apply*
  • The scholarship seems primarily used for lead generation** or idea harvesting purposes***
  • The scholarship website has many grammatical errors and/or advertisements
  • The scholarship or scholarship providing organization seem untrustworthy
  • There is no evidence the scholarship was previously awarded
  • The scholarship has not been awarded in the past 12 months
  • There is no available contact information

Scholarship Overview

Introducing the FHE Health “Hope for Healing” Scholarship, a great opportunity for those seeking to become behavioral health professionals. FHE Health annually offers two $5,000 scholarships to encourage America’s best and brightest students to pursue a rewarding career in addiction and mental health treatment. One scholarship is awarded to college-level applicants, and the other is for graduate-level applicants. To qualify, applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be enrolled in a four-year degree program or show proof of acceptance to an institution that offers four-year degrees. Academic focus in mental and behavioral health or psychiatric nursing is required. Applications will be reviewed for performance, quality of essay, and potential for positive impact on the field of mental and behavioral health. Veterans, minorities, and people with disabilities who meet the above requirements are also encouraged to apply.
