The David A. Hicks Scholarship for the Arts is funded by the Berrien Community Foundation, an organization that looks to “connect the power of people who care with causes and organizations that strengthen our communities.” Every year, the David A. Hicks Scholarship for the Arts awards up to $1,000 to multiple college-bound high school seniors from Berrien County, Michigan who will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the Arts.
