Since etablished in 2007, the Catina Rose Memorial Scholarship has served as a beacon of hope for those affected by crime. This incredible scholarship is designed to assist young people in California who have been victims of crime so that they may continue to heal and move on with their lives to become productive members of their communities. In order to be eligible for this award, applicants must be California a resident, a victim or victim survivor of a crime, and be a high school senior or current college student pursuing higher education through community college, state college, university, or trade school. Note that this scholarship accepts applications on a biannual basis. Applications for the spring are due by January 31st and applications for the summer are due by May 31st.
