Are you a woman pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security or a related field? If so, you might be interested in applying for the SWSIS Scholarships! The scholarships are open to women who are upperclassmen undergraduates or master’s students in fields relating to information security. The program is offered by the Applied Computer Security Associates (ACSA) & The Computing Research Association’s Committee on Widening Participation in Computing Research (CRA-WP). The program’s purpose is to increase women’s representation in the information security workforce. Thus, every year, multiple aspiring female information scientists are chosen to receive scholarships worth at least $2,000 to help fund their educations. If you are a woman passionate about obtaining your information security (or related) degree, we encourage you to apply!
The scholarship is open to women enrolled in an information security (or related) program at a U.S. university. Applicants must also meet the below eligibility requirements.
