Are you studying an insurance-related field as a full-time student at an accredited university, college, or community college in Louisiana? If so, you may be eligible for the Stephen W. Cavanaugh Scholarship! The award is a four-year scholarship, paying $1,000 per semester for eight consecutive semesters, for a total award of $8,000. To apply, interested students must submit a completed application, academic transcript from the previous semester, an ACT/SAT score report, an academic resume, a letter of recommendation, and an essay of 250–500 words that explains why the applicant is pursuing a career in the insurance industry.
